Procedure
Disperse Neocel® in water under agitation. Mix under high speed for 10 – 15 minutes.
Add and disperse magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide. In a separate container, dissolve sodium citrate, parabens and sodium saccharin in hot water (85ºC).
Add solution to the rest of the batch. Mix well.
